We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome in Cusco. They helped us to combat the effects of the high altitude very effectively. The room was quiet and clean. The location of the hotel is very central and convenient.

El servicio ha sido excelente, las habitaciones eran cómodos con agua caliente y calefacción. Pero lo mejor ha sido el personal que nos ayudó con las muchas preguntas que tenìamos. Recomendaría Hostal Cristina a cualquier visitante a Cusco.

There is nothing better in the city for the price. Cozy little rooms with a TV, but if you come during the month of June, the Cusco Celebrations will keep you out and about. The Inn is close to everything and the staff is more than willing to help out in any way. I highly suggest the Cristina Inn as your place to stay in Cusco.

Very good location for the price (budget), between Santo Domingo and Plaza de Las Armas on Av. Sol. Simple breakfast included, staff extremely nice and helpful, spoke some English. Minor street noise in rooms in front, but not overwhelming or disturbing, and I stayed here during Inti Raymi. Rooms are smallish and "curvy", needed floor heater from front desk for comfort, and I had to request extra towels, but this is typical throughout Cuzco. Full cable TV in room, and separate internet room at front desk.
Recommended for good budget hotel.

My stay at the Cristina Inn was fantastic. Everyone more than went out of their way to help us, and gave a personal touch to the service we received. I would stay there again!! The rooms are cute, very clean and give plenty of space. The staff was there to answer questions whenever I needed it.

We spent 4-5 days in Cusco in August 2008 and stayed at the Hotel Cristina, which had been recommended to us by a nephew. We couldn't have been happier and believe the place thoroughly deserves to be recommended far and wide. The hotel was spotless, very centrally and conveniently located, simply and elegantly furnished, charming and very reasonably priced. Everything also worked very well! Breakfasts started at 5am for those on day tours to Machu Picchu and were really nice with freshly prepared juices to match. The staff stood out for their friendliness and willingness and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Roberto, Fabrizio, Larry and the breakfast crew for a memorable experience.

Hola..:Tuve la fortuna de conocer Cusco en Marzo de 2008,y realmente la estadía en el Hotel CRISTINA fué de lo mejor.No solo por el servicio y atención personalizada,sino también por su excelente ubicación y precio.La gente del establecimiento es más que amable y se duerme "muy bien"...Pienso volver con mis hijos dentro de poco...¡Ah...! lo elegí además porque lleva el nombre de nuestra actual PRESIDENTA...!!!..Es fundamental que los sudamericanos conozcamos el "Ombligo del Mundo" y el Cristina Hotel... La siguiente es para agradecerles por toda la atención que nos brindaron durante nuestra estadía en Cuzco en el mes de septiembre, sinceramente la pasamos nuy bien y nos llevamos de Cuzco una experiencia muy bonita, y sin lugar a duda su servicio y atención hicieron ayudaron a que nuestra estadía la disfrutáramos de la mejor manera.
Los felicito por excelente servicio de todo el personal no recuerdo todos los nombres pero estoy seguro que con todos los que tuvimos contacto fueron muy atentos y amables.
Le agradezco a Larry por su ayuda e información a la hora de hacer nuestra reserva, a Roberto y a su hermano ( Fabricio si la memoria no me falla) por compartir con nosotros y por toda su ayuda a la hora de coordinar el tour y por la atención en el hostal.
Le he recomendado su hostal a varios amigos que están planeando visitar su hermosa cuidad, esto gracias a lo bien que la pasamos en nuestra estadía.
